Psychedelic Therapy

Ketamine-Assisted Therapy

Sessions are 90-120 minutes, $350

Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) combines the transformative potential of ketamine with the support of psychotherapy to foster deep healing and personal growth. This innovative treatment is particularly effective for addressing treatment-resistant mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, and bipolar depression. By integrating medicine and therapy, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy offers hope and impactful change for those navigating mental health challenges.

Sessions are 1 hour and 30 minutes, including 15 minutes of prep, 45 minutes of KAP, and 30 minutes of integration. Sessions could be extended to 2 hours to allow more time for integration.

Psychedelic Integration Therapy

Sessions are 60 minutes, $200

Psychedelic Integration Therapy supports individuals in making sense of non-ordinary experiences, connecting insights to daily life, and fostering meaningful change. This therapy uses personalized approaches like mindfulness, somatics, talk interventions, and art to help individuals reflect, process, and grow. Whether you're integrating a single experience or exploring a broader journey, the process provides a safe and supportive space to navigate the complexities of psychedelic experiences.

Psychedelic Integration Therapy is completely legal and adheres to current drug policies. While I do not provide or promote the use of illegal substances, I recognize that many individuals engage with psychedelics in clinical, spiritual, or recreational contexts. My harm-reduction approach emphasizes safety, education, and inclusivity, acknowledging the broader implications of drug policy and its impact on marginalized communities.

What is Ketamine?

Ketamine is a legally-prescribed medication with promising benefits for depression, anxiety, and PTSD. Unlike traditional antidepressants, its effects can be felt within hours. It influences NMDA and AMPA receptors, helping strengthen neural pathways involved in mood and stress regulation. Research also suggests ketamine supports neuroplasticity, promoting lasting improvements in well-being.

Ketamine can be administered in different forms, including IV infusion, intramuscular injection, nasal spray, and sublingual lozenges. I have worked in a team that used intramuscular, and currently, I am working with Journey Clinical. Journey Clinical uses sublingual lozenge form, offering a gentle and accessible approach to healing.

Journey Clinical

Journey Clinical is a supportive platform that helps licensed psychotherapists integrate evidence-based psychedelic therapies into their practice, beginning with Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). Their experienced medical team carefully evaluates eligibility, manages prescriptions, and provides ongoing monitoring, while I focus on guiding the therapeutic process. Through this collaborative care model, Journey Clinical ensures that treatment is personalized to each individual, creating a safe and supportive path toward healing and lasting well-being.
